Rocky Road Frosting
A tasty and decadent frosting for your cakes and cupcakes is this Rocky Road Frosting. It tastes just like the classic rocky roada delicious combination of chocolate chips, almonds, and mini marshmallowsand is sure to please everyone. Ingredients: 2 cups mini marshmallows 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup whole milk 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts e g , walnuts or almonds 1/2 cup chocolate chips Instructions: In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat Stir in the cocoa powder and milk, and mix until smooth Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for a few minutes Gradually add the powdered sugar and stir until the frosting is creamy and well combined Fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips Spread the Rocky Road frosting over your favorite cake or cupcakes
