Easy Gluten Free Vegan Crackers
These easy gluten-free vegan crackers are perfect for snacking or serving with dips. They're crispy, flavorful, and incredibly simple to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Put the gluten-free flour blend, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together
Mix the dry ingredients together with the water and olive oil until a dough forms
Between two pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough until it's about 1/8 inch thick
Cut the dough into small squares or rectangles with a pizza cutter or knife
Carefully place the crackers that have been cut out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
The crackers should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy
Let the crackers cool all the way down before you serve them
