Hot Crab Beer Cheese Dip



This Hot Crab Beer Cheese Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip with the perfect kick of flavor from the lump crab meat and beer. It's a crowd-pleaser and perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a delicious dip.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, beer, mayonnaise, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper

Mix until smooth and well combined

Fold in the lump crab meat gently until evenly distributed

Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving
