Sunny Side Up Burger

A delicious burger with a sunny-side-up egg, crispy bacon, and a special sauce that adds a burst of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Make burger patties out of the four equal parts of ground beef

Add pepper and salt

Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are medium-rare or done the way you like them

It's best to cook the bacon until it's crispy while the burgers are cooking

Take it off and let it dry on paper towels

Put vegetable oil in the same pan and heat it over medium-low heat

Put the eggs in the pan with the sunny side up

Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny

In a small bowl, mix the special sauce by adding the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped onions, and pickle relish

Just before they're done, put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each burger and close the grill lid

This will melt the cheese

On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely golden

Spread some special sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together

On top of the sauce, put a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice

It needs a cheesy burger, some crispy bacon, and an egg over easy

Put the other half of the bun on top, and serve hot
