Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream Pops



Enjoy these chocolatey, creamy ice cream pops that are made without dairy. They are made with rich cocoa powder and coconut milk. It's the perfect treat for a cool day!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt should all be mixed together in a saucepan

Over medium heat, stir constantly for about 5 minutes, or until everything is well mixed and slightly thickened

Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Put the mix into popsicle molds

Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, which should take 4 to 6 hours or overnight
